Ruslana Lyzhychko is the winner of the 2004 Eurovision Song Contest. It is not confirmed that she will be a voice in the new Grand Theft Auto game, but Estoday indicated Ruslana, the female singer, will be travelling to New York to record the voice of a character in Grand Theft Auto IV. In addition to her voice acting, it is reported that some of her older and newer songs will be put into the radio stations in GTA IV.
